Full-time Therapist (PA, VA, OH, IL, AZ, CT, MA, CO, WI, MO)

About the Role

As a full-time mental health provider for Spring Health, you will focus on care delivery within Spring Health’s member network. You’ll provide counseling sessions, manage clinical risks, respond to crises, and maintain high standards of care while utilizing data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments.
• Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate.
• Complete required internal training, assignments, and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings.
• Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making and measurement-based care.
• Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality care.

Qualifications

• Physically based in and hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, VA, OH, IL, AZ, CT, MA, MO, CO, and/or WI (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• Ability to work a full 40-hour work week.
• Telehealth competent and comfortable with technology.
• Able to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Comfortable with safety planning and intervention for higher-risk clients.

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years of post-licensed experience.
• Willingness to be cross-licensed in other states, sponsored by Spring Health.
• Open to treating populations beyond adults, such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Openness to working nights and weekends.

Pay

The target salary for this role ranges from $66,000 to $70,000, serving as the baseline for total compensation. Variable bonuses are available based on performance. Total rewards include benefits and opportunities for incentives.
