Full-time Therapist (NC, GA, FL, SC, AL, IN, TN, OK, MI)

About the role

As a full-time mental health provider for Spring Health, you will focus on care delivery of Spring Health’s member network.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments
• Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate
• Complete required internal training, assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
• Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
• Become familiar with, and utilize, data-driven decision making and measurement-based care
• Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality client care

Requirements

• Physically based in and have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy within NC, GA, FL, SC, AL, IN, MI, TN, and/or OK (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
• Not requiring licensed supervision
• Ability to work a full 40 hour work week
• Telehealth competent and comfortable with technology
• Able and eager to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT
• Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks
• Committed to quality clinical care and expanding capabilities through client progress monitoring
• Enjoy working independently while valuing team support and collaboration with other providers and clinical care navigators

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of post-licensed experience
• Willingness to be cross-licensed in other states, sponsored by Spring Health
• Open to treating populations beyond adults such as children, adolescents, couples, or families
• Openness to working nights and weekends

Pay

The target salary for this role ranges from $64,000 to $65,000, serving as the baseline for total compensation. In addition to the base salary, you have the opportunity to earn variable bonuses based on performance. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by factors including experience, location, and internal pay equity.
