Full-Time Territory Sales Representative

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Overview

Start your sales career with 2020 Companies and Springs Window Fashions! 2020 Companies is hiring motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to represent Springs Window Fashions, the top window-covering brand in North America. In this role, you'll work inside major home improvement stores, helping customers find the right window solutions while increasing product visibility and sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products
• Build strong relationships with store associates and customers
• Maintain and set up product displays (merchandising)
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Generate leads to increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service and product education
• Travel within your territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day
• Drive sales growth by effectively promoting products within assigned retail locations
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading home improvement retailers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge and outstanding service
• Maximize product placement and optimize in-store displays to enhance brand visibility
• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on product features and benefits
• Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
• Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

• Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Comfortable working in a retail environment
• Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to influence retail partners and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in home improvement retail
• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions
• Proactive and driven, able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores; valid driver’s license required
• Available for occasional overnight assignments

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more
• Use small power tools, such as drills, for display setup

Pay

$23 per hour + 10% monthly bonus opportunity

Tuesday – Saturday
