The Role

• Engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions.

Qualifications

• 6+ Months Cash Handling experience - Required.
• 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience - Required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
• Energetic, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

What You Bring

• Education: High school diploma or GED - Required.
• Experience: 6+ Months Cash Handling experience - Required.
• Customer Service: 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience - Required.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Other: Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures; effective listening and communication skills; comfortable in using digital tools and technology; energetic, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment; understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; computer proficiency and basic math skills; ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

• Base Pay Range: $30,000.00 USD - Maximum: N/A
