About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling cash transactions, processing deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing deposits and withdrawals.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate various banking systems and software to facilitate transactions.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail banking experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic banking principles and practices.
- Basic computer literacy.
