Responsibilities
- Accurately process deposit account and loan transactions while adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Sustain customer relationships by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers, and referring customers to other lines of business for additional assistance with bank products and services.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience aligned with WSB's Mission.
- Maintain knowledge of WSB's core processing system, products, and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements governing retail deposit accounts.
- Answer customer questions and resolve related account issues, including phone and in-person interactions.
Requirements
- 6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
- Prioritize experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Skills
- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to handle cash transactions.

Pay
