Full-Time Teller

We are seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our dynamic team in the Uxbridge Branch. Our team is made up of talented professionals who are passionate about serving our customers and colleagues. Responsibilities

• Continually exceeds customer service expectations by greeting customers, using their name, and building rapport to foster customer loyalty.
• Process all teller transactions efficiently and accurately, minimizing errors according to bank policy and procedures.
• Cross-sell products and services, making appropriate referrals to other staff members and departments to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate basic product knowledge and handle customer inquiries as needed.
• Organize and set up workstation, including opening computer procedures, cash ordering, and managing supplies.
• Verify transactions and prove cash drawer upon completion of shift to ensure compliance with UniBank Teller Standards.
• Seek assistance as needed to resolve proof discrepancies.
• Perform clerical duties, including transaction and branch proof documentation.
• Process night drop work as assigned.
• Assist the ATM Custodian with cash replenishment, ATM proof, and maintenance/troubleshooting.
• Participate in community and networking events.
• Comply with on-site operational compliance, internal controls, security policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies, including BSA reporting, CRA, and Regulation CC.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good verbal, math, and customer service skills, with clerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Benefits

This position is not subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all applicants for employment who will be engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain a status in good standing under the SAFE Act requirements.

Pay

The estimated base hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr. Final hourly offer will be determined based on a particular candidate's unique combination of factors such as skills, education, experience, and certifications. UniBank supports pay equity and considers internal equity when making offers.
