Full-Time Teller

About the role

A Full-Time Teller position is available at MidAmerica National Bank's Henry Banking Center in Marshall County, Illinois. Established in 1933, MidAmerica National Bank serves local communities through branches in Fulton, Marshall, and McDonough Counties.

Responsibilities

• Process daily banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Aid customers with account inquiries, resolve concerns, and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
• Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and vaults while maintaining security and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including fraud prevention and anti-money laundering standards.
• Support banking center operations and collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• The ability to work accurately, thoroughly, and responsibly is necessary.
• Dependability, trustworthiness, and attention to detail are key qualities.
• Previous banking or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

The Teller position is full-time and works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
