Full-Time Teller

About the role

Elevate Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our team in Brigham City. This position offers a supportive environment with regular daytime hours, a focus on accuracy and professionalism, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with care
• Maintain an accurate and secure cash drawer
• Answer members' questions, solve issues, and make updates to accounts
• Provide clear, friendly service while educating members about products and services
• Identify needs and offer financial solutions tailored to each member
• Represent Elevate's values in every interaction with members and teammates alike

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of steady customer service experience
• Strong communication and computer skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way
• A positive outlook and a team-first attitude

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (bonus)

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a typical workweek of 40 hours or less, typically Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. or 6:15 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Tellers take turns working Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
