Full-Time Teller

Essential Functions

• Aid customers in person, by phone, or electronically by following the Serve Like Family Playbook to meet or exceed Bank standards.
• Evaluate documents for proper signatures and endorsements. Confirm details like dates, bank names, identification, and document legality.
• Cash checks and distribute cash after ensuring numerical amounts match and account balances are sufficient.
• Accept deposits by reviewing amounts on deposit slips and entering transactions into computers.
• Handle loan payments by verifying amounts and checking loan statuses, and calculating payoff amounts if needed.
• Balance cash drawers daily, using computers, calculators, or adding machines, and count currency, coins, and checks by hand or machine.
• Order cash supplies to meet daily needs.
• Create and submit necessary forms for various bank products like cashier's checks, money orders, travelers' checks, and gift cards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience and the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform essential job functions.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License.
