Responsibilities
- Install and apply all required core products and services
- Demonstrate thorough technical understanding of LINE-X core service applications including bedliners, toppers, tonneau covers, hitches, undercoating, and more
- Maintain daily communication between sales and technicians to review workload and schedule
- Ensure spray equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are maintained and ready for operation/use
- Train and supervise product applications/installations
- Prepare vehicles for applications/installations
- Follow safety measures prescribed by the manager
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Automotive or mechanical experience
- Prior experience in spraying, automotive coatings, or similar hands-on roles
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read installation instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred
