Responsibilities
- Regular and consistent attendance.
- Uphold and administer all company policies.
- Train, develop, and coach non-management employees.
- Perform all team positions as required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre, both hardware and software.
- Ensure operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor the standard of maintenance and operational delivery to maintain standards.
- Enforce dress code and ensure knowledge and compliance.
- Complete or be in the process of completing team lead training.
- Review, understand, and demonstrate all Team Member level policies & procedures.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
- Report performance issues and policy violations to Theatre Management.
- Monitor risk management related to employee and patron safety, loss prevention, and emergency situations; handle, report, and investigate accidents.
- Read and understand training materials covering harassment prevention and other regulatory compliance.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Theatre Management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (if not currently a high school student).
- At least three months of supervisory experience, or 6 months of theatre experience with completion of Level 1 Team Member Star Program, or a combination thereof, or demonstrated leadership/management potential (subject to DM approval).
- If assigned duties include selling/serving alcohol, must be of legal age and complete any legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

- Language Ability: Strong public speaking skills; effectively communicate orally and in writing with employees, vendors, and corporate staff; listen effectively and explain information clearly.
- Math Ability: Perform calculations accurately and identify/correct errors.
- Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data, evaluate information, recognize alternatives, and recommend solutions; work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Computer and Office Skills: Proficient with PC platforms and basic office programs (email, word processing, spreadsheets); operate office equipment and maintain filing systems.
- Personal Skills: Interface effectively with customers, the public, and coworkers; exhibit sensitivity to others' feelings; set goals, budget time, and prioritize objectives.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise employees; carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Work Environment
The noise level is generally moderate but may increase at times.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, or hear.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly required to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
