About the role

Responsible for providing educational support to young children aged 0-5 years old. Works closely with families to promote early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
• Assess child development progress and report to parents
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid California Child Development Permit
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to early childhood education
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and health clearance

Skills

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
