What You Bring

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Three years of verified experience in Early Child Care
• Excitement to learn and grow with a supportive, expanding team
• A passion for delivering high-quality education to our youngest learners
• Comfort collaborating with Assistant Teachers and other classrooms throughout the school
• Skill with positive, proactive classroom management techniques
• Nurturing instincts that support children in leading their own learning through play

Responsibilities

• Bring Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to life in fun, engaging, developmentally appropriate ways
• Lead large and small group activities, staying hands-on and present with students
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers
• Celebrate student progress and milestones with parents
• Help maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom in line with state licensing requirements
• Partner with Lead and Assistant Teachers and other classrooms across the school
