Full-Time Surgical Services Director

Role: Director of Surgical Services Responsibilities Lead all perioperative operations including OR, pre-op, PACU, sterile processing, and ambulatory surgery.Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.Drive performance improvement initiatives and support strategic growth of surgical services.Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.Support surgeons and clinical teams to optimize clinical outcomes.Mentor leaders and advance clinical quality through evidence-based practices.Enhance patient flow and operational efficiency within the surgical services.Promote a patient-centered and collaborative culture. Qualifications & Skills Leadership experience in surgical or perioperative services.Strong management skills in budget, staffing, and operations.Ability to drive quality improvement and implement evidence-based practices.Excellent mentorship, communication, and strategic planning abilities.Knowledge of clinical workflows and patient safety standards.
