Full-Time Support Technician: PaTTAN

Schedule

8.00 Hours/Day (7:30 am–4:00 pm), Monday–Friday, 260 Days/Year

Pay

Minimum Salary: $25.99 per hour

Purpose of the Role

The Tech Support & Training position is responsible for providing technical support to the staff located in the PaTTAN Harrisburg office as well as working with technical staff members affiliated with local intermediate units to improve effectiveness and productivity.

Requirements

• Certificate or associate’s degree in an information technology related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
• Minimum of three years of technical experience

• Ability to handle confidential data
• Flexibility, trust, integrity, and ability to prioritize and work independently
• Experience with Windows and Macintosh platforms
