Full-Time Supervisor: Preschool Early Intervention (Speech Services)

Purpose Of Position

Responsible for supervision, coordination and management of assigned program(s) and personnel, provide leadership regarding curriculum and instruction; assures quality programming for students through collaboration with families, local school districts, and community agencies. (This position will primarily be responsible for serving as the content lead and supervisor for speech services across both Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.)

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Education Required: Master's Degree in Education; Active PA Supervisory or Principal Certificate
• Experience Required: At least five years of teaching experience in Special Education
• Other Qualifications: Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and an IU approved Crisis Management methodology.
• Ability to work effectively with other professionals, direct staff, organize and communicate effectively by both verbal and written means.
• Ability to respond and problem-solve quickly.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License & use of personal vehicle to travel to alternate locations as needed.

Location

Based in Lebanon County, but will be required to serve in both Lancaster & Lebanon Counties as determined by program need.

Schedule

8.00 Hours/Day (7:30 am-4:30 pm) Monday-Friday 260 Days/Year

Pay

Minimum Annual Salary: $109,765.00
