Responsibilities
- Maintaining guest service standards
- Driving sales and profitability through expense and human resource management
- Controlling costs and shrink
- Analyzing business trends
- Developing plans to meet sales targets
- Reviewing invoices
- Safeguarding physical and financial assets
- Setting clear expectations
- Coaching staff
- Ensuring policy compliance
- Recruiting
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- At least two years of management or automotive industry experience
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Goal-oriented planning
- Consistent record of achieving sales and profit objectives
- Prior automotive technician experience is a plus
- Candidates must work at least five days, including Saturdays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Role involves physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in variable environmental conditions
