Full-Time Store Manager

About the role

The Manager-on-Deck (MOD) oversees the overall performance of the store, ensuring exceptional guest service, maximizing sales, and maintaining profitability through expense control, human resource management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends, develop plans to meet sales and profit targets, review invoices, and manage assets.
• Lead and motivate staff through regular communication, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory returns and vendor credits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years management or relevant automotive industry experience.
• Proven success in team leadership, achieving sales goals, and developing strategic plans.
• Automotive technician experience is preferred.
• Ability to work at least five days including Saturdays, and be at least 18 years old.

Skills & Physical Demands

Effective communication, team development, and operational oversight. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks in varying environmental conditions. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
