Responsibilities

Requirements

- Utilizes POS system accurately
- Follows cash policies and procedures
- Fulfills line policy and opens check lanes
- Stocks shelves and displays
- Completes curbside pickup orders
- Maintains zone and merchandising standards
- Assists in operational efficiency and loss goals
- Complies with company policies and processes
- Supports a safe working environment
- Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
- Performs general cleaning tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks
- Ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in retail environment preferred

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00| Year 5 - $20.00
