Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and meals
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Current Ohio STNA Certification
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Compassionate and dependable caregiver
