Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for spraying, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface prep
- Apply LINE-X bedliners and undercoating products using specialized spray equipment
- Ensure proper product thickness, coverage, and finish quality
- Follow all safety procedures, product guidelines, and shop standards
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep spray areas clean and organized
- Inspect finished work for quality and durability before vehicle delivery
- Communicate daily with Technical Lead and sales to review workload
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain accurate daily records as instructed
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Prior experience in spraying, automotive coatings, body shop work, or similar hands-on roles preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license required, clean driving record preferred
