Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed after an evaluation. You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.
• Administer standardized speech/language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patients' progress.

Requirements

• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
