Job Details
Reports To: Lead SLP/Clinical Manager
Salary: $65,000-80,000 Base + Bonus
Benefits: 401(k), Health, dental, and vision insurance, Continuing education support, License reimbursement, Mileage reimbursement, Paid time off, Opportunities for growth and advancement
Schedule: Full-time position, Monday–Friday (Consistent attendance is important; flexibility for time off can be planned in advance)
Work Setting: In-person, Outpatient clinic, School and community settings as needed
Location: Raleigh, NC
Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to start.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina
ASHA certified (CCC-SLP)
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families
Team-oriented, positive, and proactive
Organized with strong time management skills
Preferred: Experience working with the pediatric population
