Full-Time Shop Technician

Our stores are powered by Gearheads who live the lifestyle—skiing, riding, hiking, and climbing—and bring that credibility to every customer interaction. This isn’t transactional retail; it’s about connecting people to the right gear, providing expert ski, snowboard, and bike services, and creating a reason to come back.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ski, snowboard, and bike services to customers.
• Guide customers in selecting appropriate gear based on their needs and experience level.
• Maintain rental equipment and perform customer work.
• Delegate tasks and workload to another shop technician as needed.
• Perform winter‑specific tuning, base and edge repair, and related maintenance.

Requirements

• Shop experience with extensive knowledge of shop equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain rental equipment and perform customer repairs.
• Capability to delegate tasks and manage workload with another shop tech.
• Winter‑specific knowledge of tuning, base and edge repair.
• Bike knowledge is preferred but not required.

Pay

$19.50 – $21 biweekly
