Full Time Service Shop Associate

Responsibilities

• Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment.
• Safely fill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment.
• Absorb and deliver customer and store equipment and merchandise.
• Speak for extended periods to customers or associates.
• Resolve problems and analyze situations.
• Write and speak effectively before groups of customers and associates.
• Adhere to professional appearance and attitude.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Treat others with respect and consideration.
• Follow Scheels policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits.

Pay

Starting at $17 an hour

Schedule

Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday-Saturday, 10a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability of two weekends per month is required. Average hours per week is 40.
