Full Time Service Assistant

Summary

TOYOTA OF KENNER is hiring for a Service Assistant / Cashier to join our team. We offer health, dental, medical, 401K, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming phone calls to proper people / departments
• Aid service customers with picking up their vehicle and processing payments
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify relevant staff if a customer is waiting
• Work cooperatively with the service team
• Communicate with callers and visitors professionally, efficiently, and friendly
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in document organization and scanning
