Full-Time Server- Loverboy

About the Role

Loverboy, a new restaurant concept from the team behind Box St. All Day and No Risk No Magic Hospitality Group, is set to open at Pearl on November 2, 2026. As a Server, you’ll take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service. You’ll be an expert on our menu, using your knowledge, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills to create a personalized experience for each guest.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding their preparation.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by promptly and accurately taking orders, maintaining drink levels, checking on guests, and keeping tables clear of unused items.
• Foster and maintain a favorable working relationship with all other staff members.
• Operate the POS system, including processing credit and cash transactions.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and comply with legal regulations.
• Ensure food consistently meets high standards of excellence, both in your section and others as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have TABC and Food Handlers certifications before employment begins.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed, following uniform standards.
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position.
• POS (cash register) and credit/debit card processing skills.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Keen eye for detail and accountability to yourself and customers.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
