Full Time Server

As a Server in our dining room, you’ll build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting our mission of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents by name and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take meal orders and answer questions about the menu
• Serve meals and beverages with attentive, friendly service
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and smoothly operating dining room
• Assist with special events and catered functions as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family, staff, and visitors

Pay

Pay ranges between $14.00–$16.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position with schedules varying based on needs; hours are 10:30 AM–7:30 PM.
