Full-Time Senior Residential Counselor

Responsibilities

Oversees the daily functions of the group home by ensuring consumers are provided a safe, clean, and adequate living environment.

Provides assigned direct care staff with continuous supervision and completes staff performance evaluations.

Ensures the implementation of service plan goals and interventions and provides case management services.

Manages the monthly program schedule to meet all coverage needs for assigned group home.

Participates in the development of all consumer related activities.

Qualifications

• BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field
• BA in unrelated field with two years of previous experience
• AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services
• One-year experience working in a residential mental health setting required
• Relevant supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Driver's license

$53,200 annual salary

Schedule

• Four days 8am-4pm, one day 11am-7pm
• Three days 8am-4pm, two days 10am-6pm
