Job Skills / Requirements

• Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time Security Officers in the Chandler, AZ area. This position offers a pay rate of $22.15/hr - paid weekly.
• The right candidate will combine security experience with a customer service mindset.
• Schedule:
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Requirements:
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of security experience.
• Prior data center SOC experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate excellent writing, oral, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision.
• Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain the highest level of integrity.
• Able to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
• Must have dependable means of transportation.
• Must practice good grooming standards.
• Must demonstrate good teamwork ability.
• Required Technical Proficiency.
• AZ Guard Card.

Additional Information / Benefits

• The Security Officer will be the face of the client and greet everyone when they come in. Security Officers may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
