Full-Time Security Officers - $20.60+/hr

Securitas is hiring for multiple full-time Security Officer positions in Merrimack and Manchester, NH to help keep healthcare client sites safe.

Pay

• Starting pay: $20.60/hr (varies by site)
• Merrimack, NH: $21.00/hr
• Manchester, NH: $20.60/hr

Schedule

• Schedule 1 (Merrimack, NH - $21.00/hr): Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (40 hours)
• Schedule 2 (Merrimack, NH - $21.00/hr): Friday through Monday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (32 hours)
• Schedule 3 (Manchester, NH - $20.60/hr): Monday through Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (overnight, 32 hours)

Requirements

• Able to walk up to 5 miles per shift
• Proficient with computers and digital reporting
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Dependable, punctual, and observant
• Comfortable initiating conversation and providing verbal engagement (e.g., greeting all who pass)
• NH Guard Card or the ability to obtain this prior to starting work
• Valid driver’s license AND clean driving record
• At least 18 years old

Responsibilities

Primary Security Officer Duties

• Access control
• Interior and perimeter patrols
• CCTV monitoring
• Customer service and visitor support
• Logging Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports
• Vehicle patrols (requires a clean driving record)

Emergency Response Duties

• Activate and follow site emergency protocols
• Support evacuations, lockdowns, and drills
• Serve as liaison to client contacts and first responders

No security experience required. Candidates with retail, food service, or hospitality industry backgrounds are a great fit. Training will be provided for those new to the security industry.
