Full-Time Security Officer

About the role

Securitas Security Services is expanding its Security Team at Lonza in Newington, NH. We are seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Security Officers to fill various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to safeguard clients' assets and people.
• Conduct foot and/or mobile patrols during various weather conditions.
• Interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Handle multiple tasks concurrently, including keyboarding, basic computer usage, and operating controls.
• Communicate clearly with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others.
• May be exposed to stressful and physical activities, including working in inclement weather or handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills.
• Previous military and/or law enforcement experience a plus.
• Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation and communication.

Pay

Starting at $20.00/hr with shift differential for 3rd shift being $21.20

Schedule

• 1st Shift, Friday - Sunday & Wednesday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, 32 hrs/week
• 2nd Shift, Friday - Monday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm, 32 hrs/week
• 3rd Shift, Friday - Monday, 10:00pm - 6:00am, 32 hrs/week
