Full-Time Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer. The ideal candidate should have a keen sense of observation and physical ability to patrol various locations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Extensive screening process passed
• First aid certification (asset)
• Valid driver's license
• Valid TWIC Card (hard copy, not expired)
• At least 21 years old
• At least 2 years of security experience
• Passed 10-year background and driving screening
• Passed Reid or equivalent test

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50-$19.50 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
