Full Time - Scheduling Staffing Admin - Day
All You Will Do
- Be friendly, professional, and supportive of internal and external customers.
- Maintain accurate driver and associate schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient stock management.
- Engage in and encourage safe work practices, contributing to a strong safety culture.
- Support store leadership through administrative duties including staffing, scheduling, talent acquisition training, compliance, and payroll administration.
- Manage associate paperwork, organize break and training rooms, and update time and attendance records according to Lowe’s policies and procedures.
- Aid in the talent acquisition process by reviewing, scheduling, and processing prospective candidates.
- Handle administrative tasks related to Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Claims to support a strong safety culture.
- Balance multiple administrative tasks throughout the day, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Managers, and Human Resources.
- May occasionally travel to support neighboring stores or attend meetings and trainings.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- 2 years of administrative experience, including data processing, scheduling, information tracking, and office software use.
- 1 year of experience managing confidential staff information, such as personnel files and employment compliance data.
- 1 year of experience in a cross-functional team environment with both exempt and non-exempt staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- 2 years of administrative experience, including data processing, scheduling, information tracking, and office software use.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a retail environment or equivalent and relevant work experience.
- 2 years of experience in a cross-functional team environment with both exempt and non-exempt staff.
- 1 year of experience supporting the staffing process (e.g., posting requisitions, screening candidate qualifications, scheduling interviews).
