Full-Time Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and oversee Salesforce solutions supporting healthcare initiatives. This remote position involves programming primarily in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Lightning components (LWC and Aura).
• Support end-to-end Salesforce architecture and ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
• Manage technical documentation.
• Participate in all phases of the application lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues and support system integrations, including with CMS systems.
• Gather requirements and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• 10+ years of Salesforce programming experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support multiple projects.
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
