Full-Time Sales Lead - Stuart Weitzman

About the role
Deliver sales to achieve store and individual goals while executing company initiatives and operational standards. The successful candidate will leverage sales proficiency to support the customer experience, mentor and motivate the team, and maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plans.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop the team to deliver Stuart Weitzman’s Selling Ceremony and operational standards.
- Stay current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
- Deliver a bold, energetic, and purpose-driven customer experience.
- Complete operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to brand standards.
- Process shipments and replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and client experience.
- Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, and Mobile POS).
- Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds to process shipments or transfers.
- Ability to meet scheduling and availability expectations, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
Pay
Starting pay is determined by several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, and will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Caleres regularly reviews and updates pay matrices based on need.
