Full Time Sales Lead

About the Role

The Sales Lead will serve as the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing in the brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both Managers and Sales Associates to drive in-store success. An assessment will be required as part of the application process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on care and connection.
• Ability to engage and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Excellent time management skills, including prioritization and delegation.
• Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and maintain punctuality.

Pay

$24.55 per hour - $29.45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
