Full-Time Sales Lead - Stuart Weitzman

About the Role

Deliver sales to achieve store and individual goals, execute company initiatives, and uphold operational standards. Leverage sales proficiency to support the customer experience and teamwork environment, mentoring and motivating the team to deliver Stuart Weitzman’s Selling Ceremony and operational standards. Stay current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors to provide a bold, energetic, and purpose-driven customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards.
• Process shipments and replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and support the team in enhancing client experience and sales.
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
• Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).
• Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
• Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds for shipment/transfer processing.
• Ability to meet Stuart Weitzman’s scheduling and availability expectations, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
