The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. "Your Impact at Lowe's" - This is about the role, so "About the role" heading 2. "How We Support You" - This is about benefits, so "Benefits" heading 3. "Your Day at Lowe's" - This describes the day-to-day, could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities" 4. "Key Responsibilities" - Clearly "Responsibilities" 5. "Minimum Qualifications" - "Requirements" or "Qualifications" 6. "Preferred Qualifications" - Could be part of "Qualifications" or separate 7. "Travel Requirements" - Could be part of "Requirements" or separate 8. "Working Conditions" - Could be "Requirements" or separate 9. "About Lowe's" - Company info, maybe "About the company" but the rules don't mention this heading. The rules list specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About Lowe's" is company description, not a required heading. I should include it as "About the company" or maybe fold into a paragraph? The rules say use h3 for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't say "About the company". But the posting has two "About Lowe's" sections (duplicate). I should include company info but maybe as a section "About the company" or just a paragraph. Since the rules say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it", and the posting has substantial company info, I'll create an "About the company" heading even though not in the list? The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests these are examples, not exhaustive. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." I think I should include company info as a section. Also note: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)" - so no "Customer Service Associate" heading. "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." There's no Job ID in this text. "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." There's EEO statement at the end: "Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer..." and pay variation note. Also duplicated "About Lowe's" appears twice with slightly different numbers (2024 vs 2025 sales). I should deduplicate and keep the most recent? The second one says 2025 sales $86 billion, 530 branches, 130 distribution centers. The first says 2024 sales $83 billion, 1,700 stores. The second is more detailed. I'll keep the second one and maybe merge. Also there's a link to benefits URL. Should I keep as link? The rules say preserve ALL substantive information. I'll keep the link in the benefits section. Now, structure: - About the role: combine "Your Impact at Lowe's" and "Your Day at Lowe's" maybe? They both describe the role. "Your Impact" is more about purpose, "Your Day" describes daily activities and departments. I'll create "About the role" with both. - Benefits: "How We Support You" lists benefits: health insurance, tuition assistance, 401(k) matching, ESPP, 10% discount, Track to the Trades. Also link to benefits page. This is substantive. - Responsibilities: "Key Responsibilities" list. - Requirements: "Minimum Qualifications" list. - Qualifications: "Preferred Qualifications" list. Could be separate "Qualifications" section with both minimum and preferred? The rules have both "Requirements" and "Qualifications" as example headings. Usually "Requirements" for minimum, "Qualifications" for preferred. I'll do "Requirements" for minimum, "Qualifications" for preferred. - Travel Requirements: short, could be part of Requirements or separate. Since it's a specific section, I'll include as "Travel requirements" maybe under Requirements? But the rules don't have "Travel" heading. I'll include as a subsection under Requirements or separate h3? The rules say use h3 for section headings like those listed. Travel isn't listed. I could fold into a paragraph under Requirements. But it's a distinct section in the posting. I'll create a "Travel" heading? Might be too thin. The rules: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". Travel requirements has real content: "This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores." That's substantive. I'll include as "Travel requirements" h3. - Working Conditions: also substantive: environmental factors, lifting guidelines. Could be "Working conditions" h3. - About the company: the About Lowe's section (deduplicated). I'll include as "About the company" h3. - Pay: There's a line: "Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience." That's not a specific pay range, just a disclaimer. The rules: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It states a pay disclaimer but not a specific pay rate. Should I include a Pay section? The rules say "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state something about pay, but it's generic. I think it's not a substantive pay statement (like a range). I'll omit Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned specifically, though "flexible schedules" mentioned in benefits. Not a schedule section. - Skills: Not explicitly listed as a separate section. Could be part of qualifications. Now, duplicate "About Lowe's": I'll keep the second one (2025 data) as it's more recent and includes branches and distribution centers. But the first one has "FORTUNE® 50" vs second "FORTUNE® 100". Actually first says FORTUNE® 50, second says FORTUNE® 100. Which is correct? Probably the second is updated. I'll use the second. Also there's a duplicate EEO statement at the end. Remove. Now, write HTML. I'll structure:
