About the role

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Room Attendant at the DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness: Ensure guest rooms are clean and stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
• Guest Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service, addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, report maintenance issues, and follow safety protocols.
• Self Management: Plan and organize tasks efficiently, adhere to policies, and participate in departmental meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently.
• Open availability for 8-hour shifts between 7AM-10PM, including weekends and holidays.
• Significant bending required.

Qualifications

• Preferred Housekeeping/Laundry experience.
• Attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment.
• Open availability for 8-hour shifts between 7AM-10PM, including weekends and holidays.
• Significant bending required.

Skills

• Knowledge of safe use of chemicals.
• Understanding of hotel emergency procedures.

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education, and certifications.

Schedule

8-hour shifts between 7AM-10PM, including weekends and holidays.
