About the role
This position is responsible for cleaning guestrooms to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards. You will assist guests by providing friendly, courteous, and professional service while adhering to health regulations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Cleanliness: Clean and ensure necessary amenities and supplies are stocked in guest rooms. Maintain cleanliness of carts, linens, rooms, and equipment.
- Guest Service: Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality housekeeping service. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally while collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs. Follow the company’s guest service recovery program.
- Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company, brand, local, state, and federal regulations. Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues. Safely use chemicals and follow all emergency procedures.
- Self Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties to meet productivity standards. Adhere to company attendance policies, grooming and appearance standards, and department procedures. Attend required meetings and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.
- Attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift, with significant bending required.

Pay
$17.25 - $17.75 an hour. The actual base pay offered is determined by qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
