Full-Time RN - Progressive Care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to acutely ill patients in a step-down environment.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Manage complex treatment plans.
• Titrate IV medications.
• Interpret cardiac and telemetry data.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families.
• Facilitate safe transitions of care.
• Uphold evidence-based practices to ensure quality and safety.
