Responsibilities

• Assist clients in regaining independence
• Create personalized health and wellness plans
• Provide emotional support and empathy
• Ensure client comfort and confidence in receiving care
• Work closely with clients to empower them
• Maintain a positive attitude and warm heart

Requirements

• At least 1 year of home healthcare experience
• Proficiency in completing OASIS
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN license
