About the role

Responsible for providing specialized psychiatric care in an independent unit setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in psychiatric or mental health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Knowledge of mental health protocols and clinical best practices.
