About the role

Position Overview: An experienced RN Clinical Coordinator is sought to support the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily CVOR operations to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
• Support surgeons and nursing staff during complex cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff to promote professional development and best practices.
• Drive quality assurance, compliance initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
