About the Role

As an RN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care. This includes comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion and prevention, and coordination of services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments effectively.
• Dedicate yourself to the well-being of seniors.

Requirements

• Two years of RN experience required.
• Two years of experience in assisted living or a nursing home.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
