Full-Time Retail Security Officer - Islandia, NY - $19.60/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong, visible presence to deter theft and ensure public safety
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, including stores, parking areas, and common spaces
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site policies and procedures
• Collaborate with mall management, law enforcement, and emergency services when needed
• Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO ISLANDIA, NY
• Valid NYS Security Guard License required
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE
• MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
• Strong communication and observation skills
• MUST BE WILLEY TO STAND FOR DURATION OF SHIFTS
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to customer service
• MUST BE WILLEY TO WORK TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAYS (4:30 PM TO 11:00 PM)
