Full-Time Retail Sales Lead - Fabletics (San Francisco Premium Outlets - Livermore, CA)

Fabletics is opening a new retail store at San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA and is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional, best-in-class customer experience while supporting both Sales & Operations. You’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores, collaborating with a driven Store Manager, dedicated supervisors, and a passionate team of associates.

About the role

As Sales Lead, you’ll embody our culture and values, actively engage customers in meaningful ways, and drive customer engagement both in-store and through community projects. You’ll provide training and feedback to associates, communicate inventory needs, maintain store merchandising, and strive to exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, and efficiency. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards; identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

• Involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Pay

Salary range: $19.80 - $22.70 per hour, depending on experience.
