Essential Functions

  • Utilizes point of sale system to complete sales transactions.
  • Processes exchanges and returns.
  • Creates appealing displays and upholds store integrity through replenishment of stock and consistent organization.
  • Conducts thorough inventories of stock room and sales area.
  • Maintains a distinct awareness and adherence to all loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Answers customer inquiries and fulfills order requests.
  • Adapts and learns new cannon systems as well as the Adobe software system
  • Refers to supervisors for assigned tasks and any applicable questions or concerns.

Job Duties (Copycat)

  • Handles front customer service as well as email communications with customers.
  • Operates copy/print equipment to reproduce a variety of documents including reports, bulletins, forms, brochures, and pamphlets.
  • Provides consultation and assistance to customers during project development on appropriate printing and production materials; makes recommendations aligned with these materials; makes recommendations in accordance with budget and timeline; conducts cost analyses and timelines for specified projects.
  • Maintains inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, and other consumables; orders supplies and verifies accuracy of billing.
  • Processes payments, follows start-up and close-down procedures, completes daily production logs, and records appropriate information for data entry.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • This role involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
  • May involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 lbs, with accommodations available as needed.
  • Some tasks may require being on your feet for extended periods, and we are committed to providing reasonable adjustments to support comfort and accessibility.

Skills
